This is our foundation. Our endogenous team works directly with harvesting cooperatives, skilled harvesters, and their communities on the ground. This team is responsible for day-to-day collaboration, implementing sustainable harvesting training, facilitating fair premium payments, and listening to community needs to guide our development projects. They are our vital link to the land and its stewards.
Sourcing & Operations Management
This team builds the bridge of integrity. They manage logistics, quality control, and the vital flow of information and value. Their role is to ensure that the fair terms agreed upon with cooperatives are fulfilled, that the pristine quality of the resin is maintained, and that the story of each batch is documented for full traceability from the tree to our partners.
Executive & Strategic Direction
This circle provides the strategic vision and global partnership. They are responsible for long-term relationships with international buyers, ensuring the financial sustainability of the entire model, and steering the company's mission to maximize positive impact for people and ecosystems. Their goal is to create a stable, valued market for ethically sourced frankincense.
